These terms apply to tradegetpaid.com. By using the site, or by opening an exchange account through one of our links, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What TradeGetPaid Is
TradeGetPaid is an affiliate of the exchanges it lists as supported. The site shows what each of them charges and links to each one’s sign-up page with our referral code. When you open an account through one of these links, the exchange pays an affiliate commission on the trading fees you pay, and most of it comes back to you as cashback: up to 70% of your fees, depending on the exchange.
TradeGetPaid is not an exchange, a broker or a financial adviser. We never hold your funds, we place no trades, and we have no access to your exchange account. Using TradeGetPaid is free.
2. Your Account Is With the Exchange
You open your trading account with the exchange, under the exchange’s own terms. The exchange decides who can open an account, which countries it serves, which identity checks it asks for and what it charges. We are not a party to your agreement with the exchange and are not responsible for its services.
3. Cashback
- Cashback applies to an account opened through our referral link. In most cases an account that already exists cannot be linked afterwards.
- The rate for each exchange, and the fees it covers (futures, spot or both), are shown on that exchange’s page on this site.
- The exchange calculates your cashback from the trading fees you pay and credits it to your exchange account, in most cases within 24 hours. There is nothing to claim and no minimum amount.
- Fees that an exchange leaves out of its referral programme earn no cashback. On some exchanges these include fees paid with a trading bonus.
- A rate changes when an exchange changes its affiliate terms. The rate that applies is the one in force when you trade. A rate shown on this site is not a promise of future cashback.
- An exchange withholds or takes back cashback under its own rules, for instance for trading with yourself, referring yourself, or running several accounts.
4. Who Can Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, and the law where you live must allow you to use the exchange you choose. You are responsible for following that law and for any tax on your trading and your cashback.
5. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Trading crypto assets, above all with leverage, can lose you everything you put in. The decision to trade is yours alone.
6. The Information on This Site
We check the fees and facts we publish against the exchanges’ own pages, and a page with a “Fact Checked” badge says when it was last checked. Exchanges change their fees without notice to us. Where this site and an exchange differ, the exchange’s own fee page is the one that applies.
The calculators on this site work out what the stated rates give for the figures you enter. They do not predict your results.
7. Fair Use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- disrupt the site or test its security without our written permission;
- republish substantial parts of the site as your own;
- open accounts through our links in breach of an exchange’s rules, for instance by referring yourself, running several accounts, or trading only to collect cashback.
8. Our Content and Other Companies’ Marks
The texts, the design and the code of this site belong to TradeGetPaid. The exchanges’ names and logos belong to the exchanges. They are shown to identify each exchange, and showing them does not mean that an exchange endorses TradeGetPaid.
9. Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, TradeGetPaid is not liable for:
- losses from your trading;
- what an exchange does or fails to do, including outages, restrictions on your account, changes to its fees or cashback, and its insolvency;
- cashback that an exchange does not pay;
- an error in the information on this site that remained despite our checks.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Links to Other Sites
Our links lead to exchanges and to other sites that we do not control. On those sites their own terms and privacy policies apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
We change these terms when the service changes, and put the new date at the top of this page. The version that applies is the one on this page when you use the site.
